We recently used TravelLocal to book a 7-day tour of Dubai before a conference. TravelLocal exceeded our expectations in both the preplanning of the trip and during the trip. They had great suggestions of what to see and do each day and worked everything we had prioritized into the list. They also recommended hotels for our accommodation. They were very detailed and clear and the pricing was great!!!Their people on the ground in Dubai communicated with us each day on WhatsApp sending all the entrance tickets we needed. We had the same driver and guide each day and they were great!If you are visiting Dubai some of the must-sees:Dubai Old Town and New Town, Bastakia area - the Souks (markets), take an Abar boat ride across the river, the Miracle Garden, Global Village, Dhow Cruise, Burj Khalifa (tallest building in the world), Dubai Mall and Fountain show, the Marina. Do a day trip to Al Ain (make sure they take you to the camel market) and to Abu Dhabi the capital.We found Dubai very safe and you can drink the water. The people are friendly but they do ask that you dress respectfully (shoulders and knees covered for women and no t-shirts with rude comments or pictures) We found some Europeans wearing skimpy clothing.I would definitely use TravelLocal for our next trip!!

My experience in Dubai was ecstatic! From arrival to the last day. Ibrahim did an amazing job! We had an experience of a lifetime in Dubai and Abu Dhabi! We visited the yas Waterworld, Ferrari yas island, amazing shopping malls, Burj Khalifa, the fountain, palm Jumeirah, desert safaris, frame, miracle garden and many more. I can attest the best company to go with would be Ibrahim Surprise tour company. The tour guides are amazing and experienced. I also found them to be very patient. Hotel choice was the best! So much to say about Ibrahim!

Second visit to Dubai with Surprise.This time I wanted a more cultural tour of some of the other places in UAE, including Fujaira and Al Ain.Stephen, from Surprise, put together a good itinerary which met my needs and I absolutely loved it!Many of my meals were included.Within Dubai I also visited Global Village, Miracle Garden and Aya Universe.Would definitely recommend having gold cappuccino at The Palace of the Emirates and visiting Qasr Al Watan in Abu Dhabi.My driver Hussain was also really good.I am planning my next trip already!

 Verified Memorable trip to Dubai and Abu Dhabi - only positive experiences
My 81 year old mother wanted to go somewhere fantastic for what will probably be her last travel experience. From the moment we engaged Surprise Tourism, we were treated to extremely prompt attention and we were provided services exclusively tailored for our mother/daughter trip. Surprise Tourism was very responsive to our needs and requirements. Our accommodations were as described. Our daily breakfasts were lovely. Surprise Tourism provided a final itinerary for our 5 day tour prior to our arrival in Dubai and then daily itineraries so we were always informed of the details for the day’s adventure. Direct contact information was provided so that Surprise Tourism could immediately address any questions. Surprise Tourism also provided several lunches and dinners in local restaurants to enhance our experience. The company assigned driver, Atta and guide, Saad (Sam). These gentlemen provided exceptional care and attention to our travel experience. Both gentlemen were very kind to my mother. I have never been on 7 lane highways as congested as Dubai’s but Atta was a very skilled driver. My mother walks a bit slowly (she’s 81!) so the pace Saad set for our tours was never rushed and yet, we seemed to view every possible important aspect of Dubai, Adbu Dhabi and Sharjah. Saad provided an in depth description of not only what we were seeing but gave us a full description of Emirati culture and daily life. We learned about living and working in the Emirates and the government’s innovations. It would not be an exaggeration to suggest Saad knew the details of most every building in Dubai and Abu Dhabi and informed us of its significance. Saad kindly took pictures of my mother and I at every opportunity so we could document our adventure. And his photography is impressive-see attached pictures. I cannot overstate Saad’s commitment to our enjoyment and comfort. With only positive experiences, our tour was certainly a trip to remember. This was our group’s second time using this company visiting Dubai but since we first visited during Covid in 2020, Abu Dhabi was not open for tourists so we decided to come back and play in the Abu Dhabi area. We did it and seen it all !! The trip was nothing but Amazing and this tour agent was hands down on point once again with the itinerary. Thank you to our private driver Usama and a special tour guide name Sam. He was so intellectual on the Grand Mosque and Abrahamic House and the entire area.
