Meet our guide outside the cruise terminal who will be escorting you through amazing 28km (17-mile) coastal road from Khasab to Bukha. The road is Musandam’s only surfaced connection with the outside world.
Drive through the village of Qadah, you can watch the prehistoric rock carvings depicting camels, ships and warriors on the far side of the bay, Wadi Tawi. You will then visit the Village of Al Harf, climb up to the highest point of the ridge, offering spectacular views over the Strait of Hormuz. If the weather is good and on a clear day you may spot Iran from here.

The news souq lies in the bustling heart of modern Khasab and the more ramshackle Old Souk. In the old Souk area, you can witness the finest fort built by the Portuguese in the 17th century and for welcomes visitors with an interesting miniature museum on Musandam. Your shore excursion will come to an end by Musandam museum visit and you will be transferred back to Khasab Musandam Port.
