Day 01: Ancient Cairo Tour – Pyramids, Sphinx and Egyptian Museum
Our guide will meet and greet you by the cruise exit door at Port Said. After the meet and greet, you will be transferred by an air-conditioned vehicle to the victorious city Cairo. Your day tour will start with a visit to the Pyramids of Cheops, Chephren, and Mykerinus. Then you will be guided to the Great Sphinx, a limestone statue of a mythical creature with the body of a lion and the head of a Pharaoh. Next, you can visit the Valley Temple, which belongs to the Pyramids of Chephren.
You will have the chance to learn and experience the famous Pharaonic era of Egypt by visiting the Egyptian Museum. The museum houses the largest collection of more than 2,50,000 ancient Egyptian artifacts. The most popular exhibits among the artifacts are the treasure of the boy king Tutankhamun. His collections include his beautiful gold death mask and sarcophagus and much more. A delicious lunch will be served at a local restaurant. After lunch, you will be transferred to your hotel in Cairo. The rest of the day is free to explore the city on your own.

Day 02: Alexandria Sightseeing Tour and Drop off at Alexandria Port
Enjoy a delicious breakfast at your hotel and meet our guide. He/She will be accompanying you to the city founded by the great Alexander known as Alexandria City. Your city tour will start with a stop at Catacombs of Kom el Shoqafa which dates to the early Roman period. The catacombs were used to intern the dead for 200 years. The architecture and traditions were influenced by Egyptian, Greek, and Roman style. Today the Catacombs is a standout as evidence of an age when three cultures, three arts, and three religions co-existed on Egyptian Soil. Next, you will be guided to Qayetbay citadel, located on the entrance to Alexandria's eastern harbor. Built-in the 14th century to defend the city from the advances of the Ottoman Empire. Once the Alexandria Library was the center of learning in the ancient world, lost in time and recreated in the modern-day. You can visit the modern-day Alexandria Library from the inside before lunch. After lunch, you will be transferred back to Alexandria port for your final departure.
