Welcome to surprisetourism.com (the “Website”). This Website is provided solely to assist Travel companies and customers in gathering travel information, determining the availability of travel-related goods and services, making legitimate reservations, or otherwise transacting business with travel suppliers, and for no other purposes. Surprise Tourism LLC owned the www.surprisetourism.com website to sell the travel components directly to the Travel Company and consumers or customers.

Pricing Policy

Our policy assures you of economic pricing and the convenience of making a reservation online. Prices quoted on our website are charged on a per-person basis. The published rates may change without prior notice, particularly in unforeseen circumstances, such as an increase in airline tickets, hotel rates, or transport expenses.

Payments Policy

We accept almost all major credit cards, such as Visa, Mastercard, UnionPay, and PayPal. Full payment must be done by credit card, and guests must provide their card numbers to complete the transaction. This, in turn, will be shown as a charge on your statement. Suppose you make a payment for our products or services on our website. In that case, the details you are asked to submit will be provided directly to our payment provider via a secured connection (The cardholder must retain a copy of transaction records and Merchant policies and rules).

Once the payment is done, our travel consultants will send you a confirmation slip by e-mail. Its print can be produced as evidence of payment to the service provider to redeem your tour package. But make sure that you´ve provided the correct information about your travel requirements at the time of booking.

About Rates and Currency

All rates quoted are net and inclusive of all taxes and service charges except any city taxes, resort fees, tourism fees, or other charges directly payable at the hotel by the guests.

The Travel Company or Traveler must pay the invoices in the same currency as they are raised. If the Traveler is desirous of settling invoices in another currency, we may allow us so only at our discretion at an exchange rate.

All prices displayed are final payable amount to us; however, if government authorities, local governing bodies, or service providers apply any additional tax, fees, service charges, resort fees, or any other indirect charge without prior notification; these additional charges (s) will be levied by us on to the reservation, and it will not be part of the reservation amount booked or paid. We will not be liable to pay these additional charges/taxes/resort fees/VAT as we have limited control over such additional charges.

Booking Procedures for Hotels & Apartments

The Travel Company or Traveler expressly undertakes to provide to Surprise Tourism LLC only correct and valid information while requesting any services under this agreement and not misrepresent facts. Any default on the part of the Traveler would vitiate the bookings and shall disentitle the Traveler from availing the services from Surprise Tourism.

If nine rooms or more are requested, it will be considered a group booking, and the system will automatically redirect the request to the Group RFP (request for proposal) module.

Hotels / Apartments

Hotels are classified as 5-star, 4-star, 3-star, 2-star, and 1-star, and apartments as standard and deluxe categories. The classification is provided to us by the supplier of the accommodation component, and we endeavor to validate and authenticate this information. We cannot be held responsible or liable for any errata or inaccurate information provided by the supplier.

Images, descriptions, and a list of amenities/facilities are also provided, and this information is obtained from the supplier of the accommodation component.
The number of guests on the booking must equate to the room category, e.g., Single – 1 Adult, Double or Twin – 2Adults, Triple – 3 Adults, and Quad – 4 Adults. Extra beds for adults and children can also be requested. The system will automatically scan the database and display hotels with room types and categories that match the search criteria of the number of occupants allowed in the room as per the request.

If children are being booked, the child’s ages must be specified. In most cases, breakfast for children is not included in the rate, especially when a child sharing the room is free of cost.


Once a booking is confirmed, the final travel vouchers for the hotel, sightseeing, and flight will be sent via email to the lead passenger within 2 days of departure.

No refund will be issued if the Customer does not present himself/herself at the trip’s departure. Surprisetourism.com reserves the right to cancel a customer´s booking if full payment for the booking is not received promptly.

Confirmed bookings can be canceled or amended without any charges before the cancellation and amendment deadline.

The charges will be displayed if a booking is canceled or amended after the cancellation or amendment deadline. The booking can be canceled or amended upon acceptance of the charges, and the system will automatically generate an invoice for the charges.

Bookings cannot be canceled or amended after the check-in date. A request should be made in writing to our reservations department to action these requests along with a letter mentioning the waiver granted by the hotel.

Inclusions and Exclusions of the Package Price

The price of any holiday package booked includes only the items specified. It does not include items of a personal nature including, but not limited to, personal insurance, transport to your outbound airport unless specified, refreshments, telephone calls, laundry, gifts, meals, and beverages unless specified, optional excursions, passport and visa fees, porterage, gratuities, or taxes, unless otherwise specified, which shall in every case be the responsibility of the client. Hotel check-in/check-out times are fixed, and there are no guarantees for early/late check-in/out unless paid for by the Traveler.

Minimum Stay

The system will automatically apply the minimum stay restrictions imposed by the supplier and display the rates and availability for the period of the minimum stay, even if the request is for a period less than the minimum stay.


Refund requests will only be processed if received in writing within 30 days from the commencement date of the travel component.

Once the vouchers are issued, the above refund policy will not be applicable, and there will be no refund.

Refund requests for partially utilized services will not be processed unless we receive written proof from the service provider that the guest has not utilized all the services in full as specified on our final confirmation, and the supplier confirms in writing that a refund will apply to the unutilized services. Refund requests for fully unutilized services will be processed only when we receive the written request. Refunds are subject to receiving confirmation from our supplier.

The refundable amount provided by the supplier is final, including cases when no refund is applicable. A period of 21 days is required to process any refund requests. No claims would be entertained after a refund is processed.

For any refund on the card, merchant fees will be deducted from the refund amount as applicable by the credit/debit card provider.


The descriptions of travel components on our website are provided and passed on by us in good faith. We check or inspect the facilities or services that form part of any travel component. We accept liability for the accuracy of travel component descriptions or details, nor do we accept liability for any loss incurred by a Travel company in relying on the descriptions.

The Travel Company or Traveler unequivocally indemnifies Surprise Tourism LLC of any such claim or liability and shall not hold Surprise Tourism LLC responsible for any loss or damage arising out of measures taken by Surprise Tourism LLC to safeguard its interest and that of its genuine customers. This would also include Surprise Tourism LLC denying/canceling any bookings because of suspected fraudulent transactions.

Onward Sales

Our contract for the sale of travel components is with the Travel Company. A Consumer purchasing travel components contracts with the Travel Company, not us (“Onward Sale”). The Onward Sale of travel components is the responsibility of the Travel Company. We do not accept any liability for Onward Sales to a Consumer, nor do we accept liability for anything which may go wrong with a travel component.

We are not responsible or liable for any dispute between the Travel Company and a Consumer arising from the Onward Sale of a travel component by the Travel Company to a Consumer. If any claim is made against us following an Onward Sale by a Travel Company, that Travel Company will indemnify us against all losses, fees, expenses, and costs arising from that claim.

We are not liable to indemnify a Travel Company against any negligence, failure, fault, or omission on any travel component’s part of any supplier, owner, or controller.

In any of these circumstances, we always do our best to provide alternative arrangements or refund any sum already paid unless the supplier is bound by contracts with their suppliers, which precede obtaining a refund from them to pass on to the client.

We are not liable to indemnify a Travel Company against any negligence, failure, fault, or omission on any travel component’s part of any supplier, owner, or controller.

In any of these circumstances, we always do our best to provide alternative arrangements or refund any sum already paid unless the supplier is bound by contracts with their suppliers, which precede obtaining a refund from them to pass on to the client.

Force Majeure

Except where otherwise expressly stated in these booking conditions, we regret we cannot accept liability or pay any compensation where the performance or prompt performance of our contractual obligations is prevented or affected, or guests otherwise suffer any damage or loss as a result of “force majeure.” In these Booking Conditions, “force majeure” means any event that the supplier of the service(s) in question or we could not foresee or avoid, even with all due care. Such events may include war or threat of war, riot, civil strife, terrorist activity or actual threatened terrorist activity, industrial dispute, natural or nuclear disaster, adverse weather conditions, fire, and all similar events outside our control.

Credit Card Chargeback

The Travel Company may use their corporate credit card or customer’s credit card to make bookings. The customer’s credit card must only be used to pay for bookings of that same customer. The Travel Company or its customer is responsible for ensuring that a genuine credit card is used for paying for bookings.

The Travel Company or their customer takes unlimited liability for any losses or damages arising from using fake or stolen credit cards or from any chargeback.


In its sole discretion, we reserve the right to terminate the access to any or all Surprise Tourism LLC websites or its other sales channels and the related services or any portion thereof at any time, without notice, for general maintenance or any reason whatsoever.


Our Support team will put in every possible effort to avoid relocation however, in scenarios where the situation is out of control and Surprise Tourism LLC is not able to honor the booking confirmed through the online allotment received from the operator or service provider, Surprise Tourism LLC will offer an alternative or similar category accommodation for the client instead. If the alternative option offered to the agent is not acceptable, Surprise Tourism LLC shall offer a full refund of the amount the service was booked for. Surprise Tourism LLC will not be responsible for any additional loss direct/indirect for the same service or any other service availed by the guest/agents from Surprise Tourism LLC or any other source. Surprise Tourism LLC is an intermediary between the service provider and the agent.

If the Travel Partner or customer does not agree with any part of such terms, conditions, and notices, the Travel Partner or customer must not avail of Surprise Tourism LLC Services.


The Travel Company or customer warrants that neither the Travel Company nor its Stakeholders or directors are on the Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC), Specially Designated Nationals (SDN), or Blocked Persons list.

The Travel Company or customer shall immediately advise us in writing if the Travel Company or customer or any of its shareholders or directors be placed on the SDN List.

Law & Jurisdiction

The UAE courts will have exclusive jurisdiction over any claim arising from or related to a visit to our site. However, we retain the right to bring proceedings against Travel Company for breach of these conditions in your country of residence of a travel company or any other relevant country.

These terms of use and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed under the law of UAE law.

Your Privacy

We will handle our clients’ personal information under the terms and conditions in our Privacy Policy posted on the Site.

At all times, we retain the right to monitor, retain and disclose any information necessary to satisfy any applicable law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request. We may disclose aggregated information about users, use statistics relating to the Site, and aggregated information about our sales and trading patterns to others.


Our Web Site may contain links to other websites. Please be aware that we are not responsible for the privacy practices of websites not operated by us. We encourage you to read each website’s privacy statements that collect personally identifiable information. This privacy statement applies solely to information collected by our Web Site.

Change in our Terms and conditions

Surprise Tourism LLC reserves the right to change and modify these terms and conditions at any time without notice. Changes will be effective as soon as they are published on the surprise tourism website.
